We all have the ability within our bodies, minds, and spirits to heal ourselves. I use my professional skills and knowledge to help facilitate this process. I approach therapy from a social justice perspective where I honor and hold space for BIPOC women and their experiences. In therapy sessions, I will use a variety of techniques, mainly mind-body based approaches such as somatic experiencing and brainspotting.
My specialities include: maternal mental health, divorce, trauma from abuse, depression and anxiety.
