My approach is to empower my clients to better understand themselves, their problems, and to have the skills to make healthier and more productive life decisions. This is achieved through creating greater self-awareness of underlying motivations and barriers that maintain unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns. I believe issues need to be addressed at the root for change to be sustainable over time. This will include working through barriers that hinder positive development, such as unresolved trauma or faulty belief systems. New self-knowledge and healthier life skills create positive change that holistically benefits all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle.
