I work with individuals who may be successful in many areas of life but still struggle to understand and manage their emotions, especially as they navigate difficult life transitions or deal with symptoms of depression and anxiety.

In our work together, we will explore how you relate to others and how you may relate to the world, as well as examine any underlying thought patterns and how those might relate to your emotions and behaviors.

I also offer comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for concussion / traumatic brain injury, attention disorders, and other neurological conditions.
